The Bachelor of Law program provides a sound academic grounding in the fundamentals of Swiss law and its disciplines and applications: Criminal Law, Private Law, Public Law, Commercial Law, etc.

Students acquire a broad knowledge of the various areas of law and legislation. The program concludes with an academic Bachelor's thesis. The Bachelor in Law is based on the latest research findings and fundamental decisions as well as modern learning methods.

A Bachelor in Law is the perfect complement to your basic education. The course content can be applied directly after graduation, for example in companies, in administration, in legal advice or in social organizations. The Bachelor's degree also opens the door to a Master's degree, which forms the second part of the regular legal university education and can also be completed at FernUni Switzerland.
