Description

This further education course at Master level (Master of Advanced Studies MAS) MAS FHNW Construction Management is aimed at construction professionals from the whole of German-speaking Switzerland. Graduates will be able to independently plan, organize, manage and complete a construction site in all phases of construction. This includes the sub-areas of cost planning, project and construction organization, local construction management, commissioning, construction accounting and the management of warranty services. Furthermore, graduates are introduced to the appropriate aids and tools available on the market.

Requirements

University graduates with at least a Bachelor's degree in architecture or related professions and at least two years of professional experience in the construction sector. If these requirements are not met, the head of the program decides on admission on a case-by-case basis. This applies in particular to technicians with a successfully completed higher technical examination and several years of professional experience (at least five years) as well as to determine the equivalence of other, especially foreign diplomas.
