A career in human resources management? Do you have experience in human resources management and aspire to lead a human resources department or have you just taken on a leadership role?

Content

On the one hand, we provide you with specific technical HR knowledge covering the entire human capital value chain: recruitment, personnel development, personnel deployment, compensation and release management. The basis for this is a comprehensive introduction to what constitutes strategic HR management. On the other hand, HR will also be put into the context of business skills such as marketing, controlling and organization and last but not least, the social skills so important for the HR function will be promoted in sequences on communication, consulting, conflict management etc.

Study structure

The program is divided into 4 modules, which are completed with an independent performance assessment/examination. There is no final exam at the end of the program. The final assessment is based on the grades of the module exams and the MAS Thesis.
