In the first two modules, you will learn to make leadership decisions methodically, to present them, to document them systematically and to implement them. You will deal with current management and leadership topics in a practical and case-oriented manner. You will be enabled to

In the advanced module "Strategic Communications Management" you will learn about the functions, relationship fields and sub-fields of corporate communications. You will be able to conceptually approach the methodology of strategic corporate communications and concrete problems. You will recognize the specific communication needs of internal and external dialog and stakeholder groups. You will acquire consulting and leadership skills to successfully design communication processes and represent messages. You will be able to plan and use the usual internal and external communication instruments in a meaningful way and work successfully with external specialist partners.
