You have completed a craft or industrial training and would like to recommend yourself for responsible management tasks in the company? The demand for specialists with technical understanding and business know-how is very high, because thanks to your additional qualification you understand business contexts and can understand management decisions or make them yourself - a decisive advantage. This makes you an indispensable communicator at the interface between technology and management in a wide variety of companies and sectors such as industry, commerce, administration and services. As a result, you will be able to take on challenging tasks in all areas of operational service provision, such as purchasing, sales, marketing, supply chain management, quality management, process design, customer service, and information technology and organization.

Based on the examination reform, the course has been completely revised by proven professionals from the KV Bildungsgruppe Schweiz, and you will benefit from top lecturers with a great deal of practical experience and know-how in the examination system. The course is now divided into three levels. In the first level, you will receive basic training in business administration subjects. On this basis, you can acquire the Higher Business Diploma (HWD) edupool.ch. Subsequently, in the second stage, you will deepen your knowledge and skills in all fields of activity and will be optimally prepared for the federal examination. At the end of each semester, examinations relevant to doctoral studies are conducted to determine your current position.

You will be given the opportunity to take an assessment of your current position in each semester, as well as the exclusive opportunity to complete the first part of the "SIZ-Diploma Project Manager" in parallel. In the final stage, we round off this very attractive course by preparing you highly professionally for the written and oral examinations. In addition to exam preparation in class, there are two 2-day intensive exam training sessions (written and oral) led by leading lecturers.
