HR specialists with a specialization in "public personnel placement and consulting" work as consultants in public regional employment centers (RAV). They are guided by the requirements of the Federal Unemployment Insurance and Insolvency Compensation Act (AVIG) and its implementing provisions in order to reintegrate job seekers quickly and permanently into the labor market.
HR specialists specializing in "private recruitment and staff leasing" work for recruitment agencies under private law or in staff leasing. They offer companies and public organizations services in the timely procurement of the human capital necessary for the company's success in the required quality and quantity.
