Job description Real Estate Manager NDS HF
Real Estate Managers NDS HF are the contact persons in their companies for all questions concerning professional real estate management. They ensure that strategies and measures relating to individual properties as well as entire portfolios - always taking into account the entire life cycle - are undertaken and individually coordinated. They have the task of recognizing economic aspects in the management and maintenance of properties as well as conducting business analyses of real estate investment projects, taking into account the relevant sustainability criteria of real estate. They are also able to analyze the operating costs of a property and derive their own conclusions from this by means of benchmarking in order to identify optimization potential. Certified Real Estate Managers NDS HF also have the skills to critically analyze appraisals and financing proposals from consultants and to make independent decisions based on these.
Continuing education with federal recognition
NDS HF are approved or recognized by the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI). Before recognition, the relevant organizations in the world of work (usually professional and business associations) are asked for their opinions. This ensures that NDS HF meet a real need in the economy. The graduates of these postgraduate studies benefit greatly from this.
The SIB has been running federally recognized courses at the HF level since the 1980s and thus has a great deal of experience in recognition procedures. Our graduates of the NDS "Dipl. Real Estate Manager" can therefore expect that the final recognition will already be available at the time of the diploma ceremony.
