The efficient and correct processing of export orders is a significant and extremely important task within the export activities of a company. The demands on the quality of the work processes are also becoming more complex and demanding; a well-functioning organization of shipping processing with appropriately trained employees is increasingly developing into a real competitive advantage. This know-how must be maintained.
This course conveys in a practical and intensive manner the specialist knowledge required for efficient shipping processing. The basic knowledge acquired in the areas of export processing and technology should be immediately applicable in daily practice. This ensures safety and efficiency in export processing.
Main focus
By means of practical exercises and using original documents, participants are familiarized step by step with the most important processes and workflows; additional exercises help to deepen the knowledge gained and to put it to the test using concrete examples. The application of what has been learned is practiced and deepened by means of case studies. During the course there is the possibility to ask the lecturer company-specific export questions.

Target group
The intensive course is aimed at people who want to familiarize themselves with the many different topics in the export business in a short period of time: Export, distribution and logistics clerks, international sales staff. Practical experience in export processing is an advantage.
