In its role as a professional association, EXPERTsuisse has a wide range of professional publications. These help members of the profession and other interested parties in their daily work in the fields of auditing, taxation and trusteeship. Most of the publications are available not only in print but also in digital form.
The professional publications of EXPERTsuisse are among the respective standard works in Switzerland and are therefore also part of the essential literature in the various training courses.
Education with a system
Newcomers to the auditing and consulting industry have the unique opportunity to learn an expert trade while working and to use it as the basis of their career and further education.
For the next generation of professionals, the expert diploma (auditor/tax expert/fiduciary expert) forms an important foundation for their professional career. Measured by the number of new graduates each year, the training to become a certified public accountant ranks first among all higher professional examinations offered in Switzerland. The training programs for certified tax experts and certified fiduciary experts also make it into the top 10 of well over 100 higher professional examinations in Switzerland. The auditing and consulting industry has been known for decades for attracting, training and developing "high potentials" into "high performers". Experts in auditing, taxation and fiduciary services are therefore sought-after employees not only in the industry, but also in business, administration and politics.
Surveys show that the attractiveness of the auditing and consulting industry is high, but that it can certainly be increased with a view to attracting and promoting female experts. It seems particularly important to adapt work models to individual needs. EXPERTsuisse will continue to work actively to ensure that the audit and consulting industry remains attractive for current and future members of the profession.
