Distance Learning University Switzerland

The Distance Learning University of Applied Sciences Switzerland (FFHS) was founded in 1998 and is a federally recognized university of applied sciences. It offers part-time Bachelor's and Master's degree programs as well as various continuing education courses. Due to the largely time and location-independent study model, it is a study alternative for all those who would like to combine work, family and studies.

The FFHS offers UAS degree programs according to the "blended learning" methodology. Around 80% of the training takes place in accompanied distance learning. Using a learning platform, you remain virtually connected with lecturers and fellow students during your self-study. You can work on your own to achieve your goals according to a predefined learning plan. 20% of the study time is spent at the FFHS regional center of your choice - Zurich Regensdorf, Bern or Brig. There you will meet with your class every two weeks for face-to-face instruction.
