ICT application developer with federal certificate of proficiency

Anyone who can provide evidence of a federal certificate of proficiency as a computer scientist and has at least two years of professional experience in application development or can provide evidence of either a federal certificate of proficiency or a certificate of higher general school education or an equivalent qualification and has at least four years of professional experience in the professional field of information and communication technology (ICT), of which at least two years in application development, or at least six years of professional experience in the field of information and communication technology (ICT), of which at least two years in application development.
