A decisive differentiator for successful customer service is the quality of advice. In this course, you will learn to consistently align your investment advice with customer needs and to strategically develop and tactically implement appropriate investment solutions. The content covers topics such as client needs, investment profile, return expectations, asset classes, behavioral finance, financial planning, estate planning, inheritance law, tax planning, compliance, financial market regulation, capital market theory, portfolio theory, robo advisor, strategic asset allocation, sustainable investments and asset management. The CAS is a mandatory component of the MAS/DAS Private Banking & Wealth Management course and part of the MAS/DAS Bank Management. You can book it individually. What degree do you receive? This course of study will take you a decisive step forward in your career. You will receive the title Certificate of Advanced Studies Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts/FHZ in Investment Advisory. What are the admission criteria? You have successfully completed a course of study at a university or college (at least a Bachelor's degree) or have equivalent competencies and at least three years of relevant professional experience. In terms of content, we divide this advanced training in investment consulting into two modules. Among others, they cover the following main topics: Module 1 Strategic Investment Process Module 2 Financial Planning and Tactical Implementation The location is very easy to reach by public and private transportation. Class times are coordinated with train connections. Trains run all day on the Zurich-Lucerne transport axis. You can reach the institute from Rotkreuz station in less than five minutes on foot.
