The CAS Business Excellence focuses in particular on the linking of different functional and specialist areas in companies and their mutual interaction. Starting with a comprehensive understanding of business models, process landscapes, and resource structures, to the challenges of digital transformation, the complexity of global value networks, and new innovation potentials, the demand for excellence is illuminated in its entrepreneurial totality and applied in practice with concrete tools. A special focus of the continuing education program is on enabling participants to cope with framework conditions that will become more important in the future. In the CAS Business Excellence, participating specialists and managers from different hierarchical and management levels develop current concepts for aligning their own organization with the principles of excellent corporate management and development. In addition to expert knowledge on the architecture and implementation of business processes, participants also learn how to deal with legal frameworks, aspects of strategic and operational human resources management, basic knowledge on auditing companies, and strategies for internationalization. The Business Excellence continuing education course is aimed at a broad audience of specialists and managers, for example from production, marketing and sales, logistics and purchasing, human resources, research and development; at self-employed persons, entrepreneurs and consultants. A basic knowledge of business administration is required, as well as the willingness to face the challenges of excellent business management alone and in working groups.
