In addition to teaching fundamental and practical leadership and personnel development approaches, the focus is on understanding and shaping social relationships and dynamics in the context of the organization. Furthermore, the CAS Leadership DUAL enables an in-depth examination of one's own leadership practice (development center, learning contract, coaching process, collegial case consultation). This program is offered in cooperation with selected companies. The basic course is completed in-house, the advanced course at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. The CAS Leadership DUAL thus has a pronounced practical orientation.
