Over the course of a year, existing and experienced Lied duos (singer and pianist) or chamber music ensembles can work with highly qualified teachers and international artists. There are three profiles: Lied Accompaniment Profile This profile is open to individuals who are specifically dedicated to the subject of Lied Accompaniment and wish to further qualify themselves in it. The focus of the work is on deepening and broadening individual artistic expression, encompassing both technical playing and musical skills, as well as sound technical knowledge, and is geared towards finely tuned interplay with singers. Profile Liedgestaltung Over two semesters, a selection of repertoire is carefully and deeply explored, including both the weighty works and lesser-known "jewels" of the literature. The individual musical-artistic expression is refined through It is a continuing education that requires musical intelligence and great love for music and poetry in equal measure. It is a technical and artistic exploration of the components of works that at first sight seem to be contradictory, such as emotion and intellect, poetry and music, singing and piano, clarity and sensuality: a search for the alchemy that unites these diverse elements and enriches one's own music-making. Profile Chamber Music Existing chamber music ensembles are professionally mentored and coached in their artistic development over two semesters with this course. The existing ensembles, which are experienced in playing together, are supported in giving public and competitive concerts. Through professional feedback, technical, musical and social skills are deepened and broadened.
