You will expand your know-how for elaborating integrated communication strategies and learn to develop unique corporate identities. You acquire the tools to maintain a fruitful dialog with reference groups. You will recognize relevant topics and be able to communicate professionally in crises. The part-time CAS program covers seven topics from the areas of strategic communication and corporate communication. The modules provide the know-how for the step-by-step development of a communication strategy as well as its realization and management. Further modules cover the design of the organization and processes as well as interface management. The modules convey central contents of buying behavior, market research as well as leadership. The modules illustrate how companies can develop and implement unique corporate identities. The modules focus on the specifics of dialog with specific reference groups in corporate communications. The modules Issue Management and Crisis Communication deal with the handling of problematic topics (issues) and the management of communication in the event of a crisis. The modules focus on the development of content strategies and their implementation as well as the design of communication in social media. In the modules, participants practice effective speaking in front of an audience and the camera as well as concise and precise written expression. Close
