The demanding tasks and complex interrelationships in treasury (liquidity and financial planning) of a medium-sized or large company require a sound technical and methodological knowledge. You will acquire and deepen this knowledge in the course of this goal-oriented continuing education in treasury. The content covers topics such as corporate treasury management, working capital management, cash management, liquidity management, finance, leasing, financial risk management and currency risk management. We run the CAS Swiss Certified Treasurer (SCT)® in collaboration with the national association of Swiss corporate treasurers, SwissACT. What qualification will you receive? This course in finance will take you further in your career. You will receive the title Certificate of Advanced Studies Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts Swiss Certified Treasurer (SCT)®. The course can also be completed as part of the MAS Corporate Finance or MAS Controlling. What is the target group of this course? With the CAS Swiss Certified Treasurer (SCT)®, which takes place in an open learning environment, we are addressing this target group: What are the objectives of this study program? You will gain practice-oriented technical and methodological knowledge and apply it in business in your daily work as a corporate treasurer. What are the admission criteria? You have successfully completed a course of study at a university or college (Bachelor's degree and above) or have an equivalent qualification. In addition, you gained at least two years of action-related work experience in a company in the finance sector. The location of the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ is directly at the train station in Rotkreuz in the canton of Zug. On Friday (full day, every two weeks) face-to-face classes are scheduled. The Swiss Treasury Practice and Swiss Treasury Summit components take place during the week, on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
