HF construction planning technicians work in engineering offices, general contractors or building authorities. There they work at the interface between architects, engineers, clients, authorities and contractors. They prepare feasibility studies, translate the work of engineers into execution plans and construction specifications, plan and construct. They recognize business contexts and perform management tasks. On the client side, they are responsible for technical and administrative site management.

As an HF construction planning technician, you prepare cost estimates and tender documents and check offers. You coordinate and supervise the construction work and approve it. In doing so, you check compliance with all specifications.
