Dipl. Technician HF Building Technology

As an HF building technology technician, you ensure that people are comfortable in their homes. You are responsible for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical and sanitary installations - both in large building complexes and in single-family homes. In engineering and planning offices or in contractors, you plan, design and implement installations, renovations and maintenance.

You know the materials, products, processes and standards of all areas of your industry in detail and use the latest findings from research and development. Thanks to your sound knowledge of business administration and organization and your respectful, friendly way of dealing with people, you successfully manage projects and lead smaller teams.

• You will deepen and expand the skills and knowledge you have acquired in an apprenticeship in the industry and in practice, and acquire comprehensive and up-to-date specialist knowledge of your industry.
• By gaining insight into all five areas of building technology, you will become an all-rounder.
• You will be able to analyze problems and work out solutions that make technical and financial sense, and you will be ideally equipped to take on management tasks.
• You are in demand on the market because, in addition to specialist knowledge and practical experience, you also have an entrepreneurial mindset.
