The program combines literary, art, and media studies analysis and reading skills in dealing with cultural products of all kinds. Literature-Art-Media is not an artistic or media-practical course of study; the focus is on the scientific-analytical study of literary texts, works of visual art and different media (film, TV, Internet, photography, games, etc.) as well as the question of how these different forms of cultural production relate to each other. Accompanying the study there is the possibility to test and expand this knowledge in practical seminars.
Requirements
Prerequisite for admission to studies is the general university entrance qualification (Abitur) or a recognized equivalent university entrance qualification.
Proof of study orientation
All universities in Baden-Württemberg require proof of participation in an orientation procedure when applying for a place at university. The orientation test in Baden-Württemberg is the most commonly used orientation procedure. You must include proof of participation in the orientation procedure with your application documents.
