Structure and content
You will expand your competencies in the strategic, personnel, financial, organizational and ethical management of organizations and their divisions. You will meet internal and external decision-makers at eye level and as an adequate interlocutor for entrepreneurial works and activities. You will acquire the skills to competently assume responsibility for communication from a leadership perspective and to place all other aspects of communication in relation to this overarching framework. You will understand the business model of your organization or partner company and be able to tailor your communication efforts to support the core business.
