Zurich School of Economics

The Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich (HWZ), is a state-accredited private university of applied sciences for business studies as well as a further education and training institution for business professionals in the city of Zurich. The HWZ offers exclusively part-time courses of study, in which a professional activity of up to 100 percent is possible. The university is located in the center of Zurich, right next to Zurich's main train station. The HWZ was founded in 1986 as the Higher School of Business and Administration (HWV) Zurich. The HWZ is institutionally accredited by the Swiss Accreditation Council.
